Log into your OZiva account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals intact to ensure they qualify for a refund.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package.
Receive Refund
After a quality check at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 days.
